Self-employed persons class

To immigrate as a self-employed person, you must:

• Have relevant experience in cultural activities or athletics at a world-class level; and

• Have the intention and ability to be self-employed in Canada; and

• Have the intention and ability to make a significant contribution to the cultural or athletic life of Canada.

• be willing and able to be self-employed in Canada

• meet the program’s selection criteria and

• meet medical, security and other conditions

Please note that new applications under the farm management stream of the self-employed program will no longer be accepted although the related regulation is still on IRPR.
