Rural and Northern Immigration Pilot Program is community Specific. In other words, this program is tailored to meet the economic need of a local community. Only those participating communities which are remote geographically can be part of this program. For applicants of this program, you will need to find a job in one of the participating communities and seek for their recommendation before you can apply for permanent residence.
Although the process might seem daunting to many, the IRCC eligibility requirements are usually more lax than those under other programs. For example, an applicant only needs CLB/NCLC 6 for NOC 0 and A jobs, CLB/NCLC 5 for NOC B, CLB/NCLC 4 for NOC C and D. Aside from language, other IRCC eligibility requirements include work experience or international graduate status, education, settlement funds, intend to live in the community.
